A free basic path is the goal

CareFile should keep a useful free path for essentials such as emergency details, core profile information, and export. The paid plan should add depth, not hold basic safety hostage.

About NDIS funding

CareFile is not part of the NDIS and cannot tell you whether your plan will fund it. If you want to use NDIS funding, check with your plan manager, support coordinator, or my NDIS contact.

No lock-in direction

The pricing direction is monthly, export-friendly, and cancellation-safe. Your information should remain accessible for export if you stop paying.

Is early access free?

Yes. Invited early access users are not charged while CareFile is being shaped and tested.

Are these final prices?

No. They are public pricing targets so people can understand the direction before joining early access.

Can I claim CareFile through my NDIS plan?

CareFile cannot decide that. NDIS funding depends on your plan, the current NDIS supports rules, and advice from your plan manager, support coordinator, or my NDIS contact.

Will carers need a separate subscription?

The intended Care circle plan is for one participant record with trusted helpers around it, rather than charging every helper separately.
